This past week several Ministry Advantage leaders met together outside of Dallas to organize the framework of the first book for Ministry Advantage. The purpose of the book is to answer the question being asked by church leaders everywhere which is, "Why Don't More People In My Church Step Up And Lead?" Many church leaders believe that there is a crisis of commitment, but we believe that's simply not true. There is a crisis, but it is not commitment, it is a crisis of confidence. When people are not confident in their environment or in their own ability they simply won't Step Up. I believe there are four experiences people must have before they will Step Up.
